Elements Trail Spa Day Visit

Two hours flowing through nature gently imbues a deep sense of calm. The silence of natural, untouched lakeside woodland; the feeling of a stunning scandi-inspired sensory spa; the cooling sensation of gentle rain or wind on your face after the intense warmth of the sauna. Unlike traditional spas, ours is a private, self-guided trail, flowing through a series of forest rooms.

This isn’t your traditional spa, with just 2 people entering every 30 minutes it feels like a private audience with nature throughout your two-hour experience. Traditional therapeutic techniques are combined with bespoke design for truly relaxing spaces. The stunning views and intimate forest trails will imbue you with a feeling of calm.
